Who are your funding sources?
Unfortunately, they do not wish their names broadcast here. They are a very credible group and come from all walks of the financial community (angels, venture capital, pension funds, factors, investment groups, etc.) - no banks or typical lending institutions for the most part. You would be very pleased to work with any of these as we are.

What are the fees involved in getting financing?
Every funding source has different requirements. In many cases, there are no up-front fees and all fees are paid at closing. The fee amounts vary depending on the transaction type, the risk, length of time, etc. In all cases, the fees and expenses will be be very clear to you as soon as we know them.

How much paperwork is involved in getting funding?
Every funding source has different requirements. You should be able to produce the same documentation for the type of transaction as you would if you went to a conventional lending institution. They still perform the due diligence.

Why do I need a business plan - I just need a small amount to get started?
GET ONE NOW!!! This is the basic litmus test that most funding sources use nowadays. One of our funding sources once told us - "If you cannot write down where you are going then you are not going there with my money!" If you do not have one - get one or we can help you put one together. But under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will we discusss funding alternatives until we have received and reviewed your business plan - PERIOD!

I've already been turned down by the bank, why will yours be any different?
Our funding sources are private and therefore not regulated by the government. They can take higher risks for greater returns which banks cannot. They are also NOT making loans of any type and are thus not regulated by usuary laws. They want your business to be successful so you will use them again as you grow.

How many people work for Diamond Quest?
Diamond Quest has one principal. However, through our strategic partner relationships with individuals and other companies, we have created a virtual one-stop shop for all your business needs and have proven individuals to get the job done for you.

What are your prices and how are you paid?
We can provide you a firm quote for a given task/project or we can be paid by the hour as do most consultants. Our prices depend on what we are doing and for how long and who is doing it.

Do you work at our facility or remotely?
We can do either depending on the need and the funds available. We would discuss this in detail prior to submitting a proposal to you.

Can you really do all you have listed?
Yes, we can and then some. If it is listed as a service, we have done it before!
